Starting an IV hydration business by yourself can feel overwhelming. Hiring Trish as my consultant to help me start my own IV Hydration Business was the BEST decision I have ever made! I had done a lot of research but had no idea where to begin, and it was very overwhelming and daunting to me. I reached out to Trish and she immediately put together a plan of action! She put together a Business Plan which I had no idea how to do, financial projections, and a project plan. We had weekly phone calls or Zoom calls to go over next steps for the week, and she would send an email to recap the conversation which helped keep me on track. I had a "homework assignment" each week which really helped me to know what to do and when to do it. She guided me through every step of the way with licensing/regulations, securing a medical director, helping me set up my EMR system and sharing documents, setting up vendor accounts, she set up my website, and helped me with marketing ideas. Any question that I had she was able to answer. More importantly, I could not have done this without her emotional support and encouragement. She was right there holding my hand all the way! All of this was done long distance as we live in different parts of the country, but she was absolutely Amazing to work with! We started the process in April and I opened the doors on 6/15! It would have been sooner but I had a delay due to a family emergency. So technically we were up and running within about 8 weeks. I believe she truly cares about her clients and goes well above and beyond to help them get started! Not only was she my consultant through this process, but she became a friend along the way and I will be forever grateful for all she has done!
